Congusto was founded to spread the culture of good food and get in a time when conviviality became an expression of a new luxury.
Versatile and always in motion Congusto since 2003 continues its path of evolution behind the stove and also with great interest the events and exhibitions dedicated to the culture and traditions of the table, between the world of design and cuisine, including Gio Ponti and Gualtiero Marchesi. A series of intense and varied dining experiences in a broad sense, paying particular attention to the cultural and artistic aspects of the table. Congusto welcomes English speakers to its varied courses that include southern Italian cuisine, Milanese, vegetarian finger foods, Italian desserts, and quick menus. Classes which are held in late morning as well as in the evenings, strat at 70 € and for those who will be hanging out in Milan for a while there are master courses that last from 4 to 12 lessons.
