TEAM COOKING

The purpose of this type of activities is essentially playful, and they combine with learning in the field, increasing the sense of belonging to the group, which is induced to work towards a common goal. The duration of the Team Cooking is 3 ½ hours, and it is followed by a dinner at the conclusion of the experience. During the Basic Team Cooking, the Teacher chef guides the participants to prepare an entire menu, beginning with the right combination of different courses. The group may measure against its culinary skills in a perfect mix of fun and learning. Congusto is particularly attentive to the creation of balanced menus, which tickle the palate, but always keeping an eye on the health and the seasonal products, as well as the the nutritional properties of the recipes. Depending on the final purpose, the menu will consist of an appetizer, a main course, a second, and finally a dessert, with particular attention to possible allergies of the guests.
