Congusto's mission is to offer the largest number of culinary themes and topics and the opportunity to attend the lessons to a wide range of people, not necessarily expert Chefs.
Our courses are also directed to those gourmet lovers wishing to learn the tricks of the trade or new cooking techniques. Congusto Master&Training is open to all professionals who want to deepen some of their food knowledge.
The lessons have been developed so as to allow the participants to create their own itinerary, based on their preference, and to choose among numerous possibilities.
How are the courses structured?
Each course has a length of three/four hours and a maximum attendance of 15 people per class. This allows our staff of professionals to pay maximum attention to each participant, actively involving them in all class activities. At the end of each lesson the students taste the dishes prepared in class, an actual demonstration of the participants' skills.
Some lessons include laboratory time, where the participants switch role with our Chefs and can show their own culinary skills. Because practice is more fun.
Online registration is open 24 hours on 24 for maximum accessibility. Courses bought online include the annual membership to the Club Congusto of 25 euros.
