Our classes are directed to gourmet lovers wishing to broaden their interest in the world of food and the art of hospitality, as well as those experts wanting to refine their techniques and expand their knowledge.
Men and women ranging from 25 to 65, food enthusiasts who like to follow the latest food and lifestyle trends.
Congusto's theoretical and practical courses cover themes related to the culture of food, the peculiarity of basic elements, eno-gastronomic combinations, seasonal organization of the pantry as well as the preparation of "theme" dishes, followed by food-tasting. Many courses offer a laboratory where theory is immediately applied through individual practice.
Our fascinating topics range from classical to avant-garde cuisine, our courses and itineraries vary from basics to cooking for singles, from finger food to chocotherapy.. and many other monothematic courses dedicated to every day cooking or elaborated dishes.
The lessons are held by highly qualified professionals, such as our Star Chef Dario Biotti and pastry chef Dario Hartvig, in joint collaboration with many other talented chefs from the Italian panorama. The cast of Congusto has been further enriched with the participation of specialists, such as Consolata Anguissola D'Altoč, an expert in the art of entertaining and table-setting scenography, the A.I.S sommeliers and the O.N.A.O.O. tasters, who make the lessons very unique and interesting.
Nothing. All the ingredients and utensils are provided by Congusto and its partners. All the participants have at their disposal a personal working space equipped with an individual work top, stoves, oven and all the utensils and elements necessary for the preparation of dishes. Throughout the course, the guests will receive handouts relative to the topics and themes covered in class.
From one to four lessons, each lesson lasting about three hours. We offer modular courses so as to create personalized packages which allow participants to attend different classes held by the same instructor. For example, with the course held by Chef Dario Biotti, we offer the possibility to attend up to eight lessons.
Subscribing to Club Congusto offers the opportunity to attend courses on table etiquette and the art of hospitality, as well as to participate in events exclusively reserved for the Club members.
To access our classes and to take advantage of all offers reserved for members, such as food tasting, book presentations, exhibitions and gastronomic week-ends. All you have to do to enroll is pay a yearly fee of 20 Euros at our reception. Click on page “Courses” to download the subscription form.
