TEAM COOKING BASIC
This kind of activities want to be mostly a game and, matching with learning in the field, they improve a group membership feeling by working for a common purpose.

Basic Team Cooking lasts around 3 hours and half and it ends with dinner.

During the Basic Team Cooking, the teacher Chef attends participants in the preparation of a complete menu. The group will test their cooking abilities, always living the recreational side of the moment, as well as the didactic one.

PASTA STYLE LAB
This is a mostly recreational class that improves the group membership feeling, where every participant has absolute freedom to work, always attended by the Chef.
The duration of this Pasta Style Lab is around 3 hours and half and it ends with  a tasting.

BREAD, PIZZA AND BUNS
This class is very recreational and it lasts around 3 hours and half, at the end of which you will taste what you prepared.
Congusto offers different locations selected among our partner restaurants and premises according to number of participants, date and clients’ necessities.
Participants will be divided in different groups and, attended by our Chef, they will prepare bread, pizzas and buns in accordance to the best Italian recipes.
In the second part of the class, participants will seat to an only table and will taste what they cooked and also all the courses foreseen in the agreed menu.

Wine sensation Lab is created for those people who would like to make a complete and original cookery course. Participants, attended by a Wine Waiter Chef, will taste regional wines, learning wine quality properties and its matching with traditional recipes.

This lab lasts around 3 hours. Congusto offers different locations selected among our partner restaurants and premises according to number of participants, date and clients’ necessities.

Congusto offers two different courses focused on two different Italian regions: Tuscany and Sicily. The definite choice will be made together with the client some time before.
