Agreements currently operative between companies and Congusto are the following:

Our school is operating in Milan since 2003, it has inaugurated a new location in Catania since short time and it will open in Rome soon.

Congusto addresses to fond of food and specialists who are willing to deepen their interest in good food and their basic knowledges in the field.

Our classes, led by professionals of the branch and high-profile names in the Italian restaurant industry, are different: from the basic ones (classic cooking, 1st and 2nd level ABC, doughs and pastries, sauces) to those more trendy (vegetarian and vegan cooking, ethnic food, regional cooking, finger food and main courses with fish and vegetables), from banqueting masters to personalized classes and those dedicated to the world of desserts (master sweet and confectionery laboratory).
